Before You Pay, Please Read:
Custom audiences only work well when there’s enough data. So…
You should have at least 1,000 followers
You should have run ads for at least 3–6 months
Meta builds these audiences based on past ad engagement, so if you’ve barely run ads or just started, there won’t be enough data to retarget.
Also, you won’t see the audience on your Instagram app. It’s only available through:
Facebook Business Suite (desktop)
Meta Ads Manager (desktop)
