Booking Policy:

Once you book a session, you must schedule and attend it within 30 days. If this window passes without a completed session, a refund will be issued—minus a ₦10,000 cancellation fee.

Timeliness:

Please be punctual. Your session will begin at the exact time you’ve selected, so arriving early ensures you enjoy your full 30 to 60 minutes. I’ll be ready and waiting to start promptly with you.

Rescheduling:

You’re allowed to reschedule your session one time within the 30-day validity period. A second reschedule will attract an additional fee of ₦20,000.

Missed Appointments:

If you miss your session without notice, no refund will be provided. However, if a genuine emergency arises, please contact me by email to request a reschedule.
