We help businesses grow revenue through Meta Ads, focusing mainly on product-based brands — fashion, beauty, skincare, food, lifestyle, and e-commerce businesses.
We’re hiring a skilled Meta Ads Manager to manage client campaigns from strategy to optimisation, reporting, and performance analysis.
Core Responsibilities
You will:
- Build campaign strategies based on client goals
- Launch and optimise Meta ad campaigns across the full funnel (TOF, MOF, BOF)
- Set up audience testing and scaling systems
- Analyse campaign performance and identify issues early
- Recommend creative directions based on data
- Track key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS etc
- Prepare bi-weekly client reports with clear insights and next steps
- Support client calls when campaign clarification is needed
- Monitor pixel setup, event tracking, catalog, and attribution
- Identify and fix funnel drop-offs across campaigns
Requirements
- 3+ years running Meta ads for e-commerce or product-based businesses
- Experience managing six to seven-figure monthly ad budgets
- Strong understanding of Shopify and e-commerce funnels
- Experience with audience testing, scaling, and optimisation
- Ability to analyse data and explain performance clearly — not just show screenshots
- Experience advertising to UK, US, or Canadian audiences (strong advantage)
