We work with fashion, beauty and skincare, food, lifestyle and gift brands — mainly product-based businesses, including e-commerce.

We help clients improve targeting, test creatives, optimise campaigns, fix ad issues, and understand results through clear reporting.

We’re building a lean team as we transition fully into an agency.

META ADS MANAGER

Role Summary:

You will own our clients’ Facebook & Instagram ads from strategy to daily management and reporting. Your main goal is simple: help clients increase revenue (more sales) while keeping ad spend efficient. You must be confident with product-based/e-commerce campaigns, testing, scaling, and clear reporting.

Campaign Strategy & Setup
  • Build campaign strategy based on the client’s goal (sales/revenue growth)

 

  • Set up campaigns properly (campaign structure, objectives, budgets, placements)

 

  • Create a testing plan (audiences, creatives, messaging, offers)
Targeting & Audience Work
  • Set up and test audiences (broad, interests, lookalikes, retargeting)

 

  • Use performance data to improve who we show ads to (reduce wasted spend)
Creative Testing & Direction
  • Test multiple creatives and angles and identify winners

 

  • Give clear creative feedback: what to create next and what to stop producing
Optimisation & Scaling
  • Monitor results and optimise regularly (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CVR)

 

  • Know when to scale winners, when to hold spend, and when to restart testing

 

  • Reduce wasted spend and improve results over time
Tracking & Performance Setup
  • Pixel setup/checks, event setup, conversions tracking basics

 

  • Catalog/DPA support where needed (e-commerce)

 

  • Spot tracking issues early and work with the team to fix them
Reporting & Insights (Very Important)
  • Create bi-weekly insight reports (and monthly reports when applicable)

 

  • Turn numbers into insights clients can understand:
    • what happened
    • why it happened
    • what we’re doing next

 

  • Share clear recommendations and next steps that improve revenue
Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Account Coordinator (so client communication stays smooth)

 

  • Share updates internally: wins, problems, what you need from the client (assets, offers, etc.)
Nice-to-have
    • Experience advertising to UK/US/Canada audiences
    • Shopify experience + understanding of the conversion journey

    Basic landing page review knowledge

 

Requirements
  • Proven experience running Meta ads with results (especially product-based/e-commerce)
  • Strong reporting skills: you can explain performance clearly, not just show screenshots
  • Confident with testing, optimisation, and scaling decisions
  • Experience managing medium to large budgets (state highest monthly ad spend managed)
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work independently

  • Founder reviews strategy direction and proofs reports (not daily ad work)

EMAIL COORDINATOR

Role Summary:

You’ll help TheBioFixer use email as a growth channel by planning, writing/scheduling, and managing our emails. Your goal is to help our agency get more leads and conversions through consistent email content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and send 1-2 emails per week

 

  • Turn our ideas into clear emails (voice notes, IG posts, client questions)

 

  • Write subject lines, hooks, and CTAs in our brand voice

 

  • Build/schedule emails in Flodesk using templates

 

  • Maintain basic segmentation (leads vs clients)

 

  • Track performance (opens, clicks, replies) + send a simple monthly summary

 

  • Keep templates and email system organised
Requirements
  • Strong writing/copywriting skills

 

  • Email marketing experience (service business/agency is a plus)

 

  • Comfortable with Flodesk (or can learn quickly)

 

  • Detail-oriented and consistent
Nice-to-have
  • Canva basics

 

  • Simple automation experience (welcome email) — optional later

ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Role Summary:

You will support day-to-day client communication and coordination. Your goal is to keep clients informed, collect what we need, and keep tasks moving—so the ads team can focus on performance and revenue growth.

Client Communication & Support
  • First point of contact for client messages (WhatsApp/email)

 

  • Reply professionally using templates and brand tone

 

  • Escalate only key strategy/technical questions to the ads team/founder

 

  • Make sure no client message is missed
Client Onboarding & Asset Collection
  • Send onboarding steps and collect all needed info (offer, links, creatives, access, goals)

 

  • Follow up until everything is received (no missing items)
Project Coordination
  • Track what’s pending for each client (assets, approvals, next actions)

 

  • Coordinate between client and internal team (ads manager + creatives)

 

  • Update internal notes so the team is aligned
Scheduling & Admin
  • Schedule calls, send reminders, confirm attendance
  • Maintain client folders/docs and keep things organised
  • Send simple progress updates weekly/bi-weekly
Reporting Support
  • Support report delivery (send, track feedback, log action points)

 

  • Track basic KPIs shared by the ads manager (spend, sales, ROAS, CPA)
Retention & Client Experience
  • Watch out for unhappy clients early and flag risks

 

  • Ensure clients feel supported and informed

 

  • Request testimonials/case studies when appropriate
