1. Commencement of Job: Job execution will begin upon receipt of full payment.

2. Timelines: Unless otherwise specified, we strive to complete all jobs within 72-96 working hours. (Public holidays and Sundays do not count)

3. Account Suspension: While we work diligently to resolve ad-related issues, THE BIO FIXER is not responsible for any account suspensions or actions taken by Instagram that may occur during or after our services. Our role is limited to diagnosing and fixing ad-related issues, and we do not have control over Instagram’s decisions regarding account suspensions.

We take security seriously and follow best practices to protect your account. However, we cannot guarantee protection from actions taken by Instagram. Please follow Instagram’s guidelines and take necessary precautions to safeguard your account.

Account Security:
4. Two-Factor Authentication: It is essential to have two-factor authentication enabled before we initiate any work.

5. Password and Login Information: Before making payment, please verify that your passwords and login details are accurate. Please cross-check your login details thoroughly.

6. Account Responsibility: If we work on the wrong account due to negligence on your part, a refund will not be provided, and you’d have to pay 50% extra for the correct account

7. Password Attempts: For security reasons, we will not attempt passwords more than twice.

Refunds:
8. Completed Job Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed jobs.

9. Partial Refunds: In the event that

¡¡. We log in and the service you paid for is already there

¡¡¡. We are unable to resolve an issue due to client accessibility challenges or technical errors on Facebook’s platform, a refund of up to 70% may be provided. However, the refund percentage may be adjusted lower at our discretion, depending on the level of effort and work already completed.

10. Exclusive Engagement: To avoid conflicts, please refrain from involving any other party while we are working on your account.

11. Information Submission: Our accounts are not a savings platform, If you make a payment for any service, kindly provide your login information within 2 weeks.

12. Validity of Payments: Payments made and not utilized within 2 weeks will not be refunded

If you send your login details after two weeks, you’d balance an extra 50% of the fee initially paid.
